Areas we’ll trust you with::

• Manage and lead team leaders and engineers across multiple teams to deliver product features.
• Promote learning and development of team leaders through regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation within the team.
• Develop and implement short and long-term strategic roadmaps to drive the business forward.
• Provide exceptional support to external developers using our APIs and application frameworks.
• Meet high quality KPI by Leading quality processes.
• Recruit and retain a high performing team.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in leading R&D teams, Including experience in managing team Leaders.
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment.
• Proven architecture/design skills and familiarity with a wide range of technologies
• Deep understanding of APIs and application frameworks to assist developers in troubleshooting, debugging, and integrating our technologies into their projects.
• Strong ability to take a business challenge, transform it into a plan and lead execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby/NodeJS Vue/Angular - Advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Science- Advantage
