About the Role:

As the Procurement Manager, you'll be a key player in managing our global procurement activities, specifically overseeing the non-inventory activities. Your role will involve strategic decisions, cost reduction, optimizing terms, implementation of a procurement system and ensuring optimal vendor agreements and purchasing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the global purchasing focal point, managing end-to-end procurement processes from issue identification to delivery and payment.
• Lead contracts and negotiations, collaborating with stakeholders across Management, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, Security, and R&D.
• Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Handle all cloud (AWS and similar) activities.
• Conduct and oversee individual sourcing projects, managing them from exploration to full execution.
• Support and resolve P2P issues in collaboration with Legal, FP&A, and AP teams.
• Manage Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), contract summaries, and prepare management presentations and reports.
• Handle ad-hoc contracting requests, manage renewals, and monitor contracting needs.
• Implementation of a global procurement system and procurement procedures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the management team, reporting directly to the CFO.
  
  

• Proven experience in a relevant procurement role, with at least 7+ years in a tech global indirect procurement position.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew, balancing global and local requirements effectively.
• Strong data modeling and analytics skills.
• Exceptional project management skills and documentation abilities.
• Experience or aptitude to understand contract language.
• Familiarity with the tech market, particularly with hardware, SaaS, cloud providers, consultants, marketing, operation and integration companies.
• Knowledge of large-scale global and domestic purchasing methods and procedures.
• Data analysis skills and good business instincts.
• Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
