QA Team Leader

Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide.

Bagira is looking for a QA Team Leader to join our engineering team at Bagira.

You will take part in shaping the company’s new innovative cutting-edge simulation products.

As a QA Team Leader, you will work on our highly scalable, multi-disciplinary complex systems, collaborating with professionals across the different units of Bagira, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure is set up for next-generation technology.

What will your job look like

• Direct management of the QA team (12~ testing engineers)
• Manage and ensure Quality testing, schedule, including adherence to Work Standards and Procedures, Quality Audits and Certifications for all Bagira systems. to meet local and international requirements (testing of 6~ projects)
• Ensure training of the team
• Build and improve the company's testing methodology
• Provide the test specifications, test cases and test automation suites necessary to provide robust and reliable systems
• Select the company testing tools
• High logic sense, Self-learning, and high motivation person
• Flexibility, extensive work hours, working under pressure, working abroad availability
  
  

• At least 4 years of proven experience in manual testing in a software technical environment and distributed systems
• At least 2 years experience as a team leader in the hi-tech industry
• Writing testing documents (STP, STD, STR, ATP, ATR, etc.)
• Experience working with customers
• Prioritizing tasks and values
• Leading the implementation of automation and SW tools
• Experience with Windows desktop applications
• Ability to work closely with developers and engineering specialists
  
  

• Worked in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Basic Knowledge of the defense and training environment
• Knowledge in TFS
• Experience with system of systems and distributed solutions
