Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will oversee our financial operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across our global operations, with a focus on our activities in the USA and interactions with subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the high-tech industry, deep knowledge of financial regulations and labor laws in both Israel and the USA, and a proven track record in managing cash flow, tax matters, and payroll agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
• Manage cash flow analysis and forecasting, ensuring optimal financial health and sustainability.
• Liaise with payroll agencies, overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits in compliance with local laws.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings in both Israel and the USA, leveraging understanding of international tax implications.
• Navigate labor laws and employment regulations, providing guidance on financial aspects of employment contracts and policies in Israel and the USA.
• Foster relationships with subsidiary companies, understanding their financial needs and ensuring alignment with the parent company's financial strategies.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
• Led or was heavily involved in fund raising rounds (A/B) and maintained an active data room.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management roles, preferably within the high-tech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and employment regulations in both Israel and the USA.
• Experience working with payroll agencies and managing payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
