Who you are

As a Product Designer at Fido, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings' user experience and visual identity. You will collaborate closely with the studio manager, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet customer needs and align with Fido’s business objectives.

What you will do

• Design a pixel-perfect user-centered interface for our products, ensuring smooth navigation and intuitive flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketing) to refine and implement designs.
• Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes for testing and user feedback.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that promotes consistency and efficiency and communicates it within the organization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX & UI product design with a portfolio demonstrating UI and UX design skills and showcasing your approach to solving complex problems.
• Experience in B2C mobile applications.
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team player, with previous experience working in a team.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be open-minded to other viewpoints.
• Creative and strategic ability to solve design problems using innovative approach.
