As a Junior Accounts Receivable (AR) Bookkeeper you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up with customers to secure payments.You will work closely with other members of the finance team to maintain financial records and support overall financial objectives. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a junior, motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment. The role is based in Tel Aviv and offers a hybrid work model.

What You'll Do

• In charge of accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and customer invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve billing issues and collect outstanding balances.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
• Provide support to the finance department as needed.
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper type 2.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience working in accounts receivable.
• Proficient working with office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Priority.
• Good English.
• Self-motivated with great interpersonal skills, a team player with passion for excellent service, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
