What would you be doing?

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process for our development team and ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Scrum process for multiple development teams
• Ensure that the teams adhere to Agile principles
• Help the teams to improve their process continuously
• Remove impediments that are preventing the team from achieving their goals
• Work with the Product Manager to ensure that the product backlog is well-maintained
• Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Help the team to achieve their Sprint goals
• Ensure that the team is working in a collaborative and productive environment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work with a team and help them to continuously improve
• Ability to remove impediments that are preventing the team from achieving their goals
• Great interpersonal skills with leadership abilities
• Flexibility, ability to work in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment
• Self-learner and passionate about new technologies
