Global Controller

Confidential Strat-up, working on a revolutionary product in a global environment, is looking for a talented, passionate, and diligent individual to join our great finance team.

The office is in a central area (with plenty of public transportation), and the job requires 3 times a week attendance on site.

As our global controller, you will:

• Responsible for the monthly closing of the company's books, including parent and subsidiary.
• Work closely with the local bookkeeper and payroll controller and the finance operations manager.
• Preparing the annual budget, comparing the actual VS budget every month, and preparing the cash flow.
• Responsible for local statutory financials and tax returns of the company and its subsidiary (including transfer pricing review).
• Establish monthly revenue recognition procedures.
• Analyse and review contracts, transactions, and new business models in order to ensure compliant revenue accounting and collaborate with the sales department.
• Work closely with other teams to improve business and reporting outputs.

You’ll bring to the table:

• CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, Experience with High-Tech companies
• At least 3 years of post-internship experience
• Strong background in SaaS startup finance with prior experience in the early to growth stage
• Proficient in US GAAP
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Experience in NetSuite
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Hard worker, and team player, with a positive attitude
