Director of Resource Development

Responsibilities

• Build the department strategy and an annual work plan including planning, implementation, monitoring and measurement.
• Maintain and build Co-Impact's philanthropic donor base.
• Manage and oversee resource development team members.
• Supervise the execution of grant applications / reports / donor updates.
• Research grants and awards from private donors, foundations, institutions as well as Israeli and foreign ministries.
• Coordination and preparation of donor visits, reporting and presentations.
• Oversee the Co Impact income budget and understanding of expense budget.

Requirements

• Uphold the vision and the values of Co-Impact. 
• Understanding of Arab society and the field of employment.
• Experience as a resource development professional.
• Strong managerial abilities with experience as manager and leader.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Hebrew
• Financial proficiency - ability to build, track and report on budgets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with numerous people and partners, in different positions.
• High organizational, and multitasking skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
