Vice President of Product Management

A cybersecurity software solution provider, based out of Kfar Saba Israel. we transforms the 5G and cellular IoT security market, enabling IoT connectivity and service providers to add security on top of connectivity to create differentiation, win new business and generate new revenue streams. Our patented deep-tech agent-less AI Asset Intelligence and Threat Management SaaS platform provides IoT visibility, security and compliance, across any SIM-connected device and application, at unlimited scale. The platform already serves large telco customers at scale, across multiple use cases such as EV charging, payments, transportation and more.

The company is looking for a star VP Product to join its management team and lead all inbound and outbound product activities, supporting and guiding the company’s accelerated growth.

·       Responsible for all company’s product marketing and product management activities.

·       Develop and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap, in alignment with company objectives and market feedback.

·       Lead all product marketing activities such as messaging, positioning, demos, sales and product collaterals etc.

·       Define product requirements in detail and work closely with R&D to drive timely execution.

·       Act as key contributor in customer PoCs integrating inputs from Data Science and RnD teams

·       Work with BD and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, support customer engagements and achieve revenue targets.

·       Initiator/contributor for a wide range of marketing activities (content, webinars, social...).

·       Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, representing the company at industry events, conferences and various types of commercial engagements.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in senior B2B product marketing and management positions, ranging from small startups to large enterprises.

·       Proven track record of successfully bringing cybersecurity and cloud/SaaS products to market and driving business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Demonstrated success in defining both high level and detailed product requirements for complex/advanced software products.

·       Hands-on do-now approach and experience – mandatory

·       Cybersecurity experience – mandatory.

·       RnD experience – a significant advantage.

·       Big data analytics / data science / SaaS experience – a significant advantage.

·       Telco industry experience – an advantage.

·       Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, highly driven by the challenge/success.

·       Customer/business oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills.

·       Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate various teams.

·       Experience working with agile and lean product development methodologies.

·       BSc. scientific/engineering degree – a must. MBA or advanced degree - an advantage.
