Chief Marketing Officer

Chief Marketing Officer – Europe/APAC (Remote) – Up to $250k

Plexus are working with an emerging Ethereum-native Oracle, designed specifically to empower and equip decentralized application development on the Ethereum network.

Based in Israel, the team are looking for a CMO to take ownership of their marketing and growth strategy.

Details as follows:

Responsibilities

- Take full control of the marketing strategy, including brand, narrative, content, social media, PR and partnership development

- Lead and build on existing marketing team of 3 mid-level marketers

- Manage and understand customer insight data, feedback, market insights and industry trends

Requirements

- Prior professional experience leading a marketing function within a web3 company (L1, L2, or Decentralized Protocol) MUST

- In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, as well as the Ethereum ecosystem and the oracle landscape

- Experienced building and communicating brand narratives at a large scale within the web3 industry

Bonus Attributes

- Highly technical, experienced with either using or building validator networks, oracles, or data on-chain

- Self-confessed ETH Maxi

- Based in Israel (or willing to relocate)

This role is available for candidates based in Europe or Asia, within +/-3hr of Tel Aviv.
