Department Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced bid Manager to manage bid process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating high-quality proposals that adequately convey our company's solutions and services according to the public and private sector tenders’ requirements.

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the bid process, including response to RFPs, RFIs, and quotes to customer.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering) to gather necessary information and ensure the proposal reflects our company's capabilities.
• Analyze potential opportunities and customer needs to determine feasibility and alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
• Develop proposal plans, drafts, and schedules while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Assessment of the deal risks and prepare mitigation plan with relevant stakeholders
• Preparing P&L and ensure appropriate profitability.
• Present and approve proposal details to senior management
• Review, edit, and finalize proposal documents to ensure the highest quality, including compliance with tender requirements and alignment with our technical solution and company policies.
• Conduct post-submission debriefs and incorporate feedback into future proposals.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of proposals and related documents for future reference.
• Develop and implement proposal management procedures and best practices.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Industrial Engineering Management or related field.
• Proven experience of 5 years minimum as a bid Manager or similar role.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
  

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of bid processes and proposal development. You must be able to work independently, handle multiple proposals simultaneously, and work effectively under deadline pressure.
