Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance services team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management
• Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance services team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to team members
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement or risk mitigation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in financial services
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable
• Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
