Position Summary
SciPlay Is a Leading Developer And Publisher Of Digital Games On Mobile And Web Platforms, Providing Highly Entertaining Free-to-play Games That Millions Play Daily. We’re Looking For a Skilled Hands-on Ad Monetization Manager
You will oversee and execute the Ad Monetization strategies for our portfolio and work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, product, creative teams, and 3rd party ad providers, to drive monetization efforts and maximize ROI and engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the ad monetization of our games with a clear goal of maximizing game KPIs.
- Working closely with various cross-company teams to maximize revenues while providing Input on user experience, retention, and other game KPIs.
- Managing relationships with 3rd party partners to monetize our traffic and leverage their expertise to expand our knowledge.
- Responsible for managing the mediation waterfall setup, optimizing and analyzing ad-related activities, segmentation, defining ad placements, and ad settings such as caping, frequency, pacing, type of content, format, and more.
- Running A/B tests that optimize monetization efforts: own the tests from A to Z.
- Monitor the Ad Quality of the ads shown within our portfolio.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on Ad Monetization performance and insights to stakeholders and management.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile gaming and ad monetization developments to inform strategic decisions.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in mobile gaming ad monetization.
- A solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: Mediation, DSP, or Ad Exchange.
- Strong analytical skills, a creative “out of the box” mindset, and strong Excel capabilities.
- Passion for mobile gaming and experience with mobile games - understanding the product essentials and the industry KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and user acquisition best practices – an advantage.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau – an advantage.
- Cross Promotion experience - an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - a must!
