Position Summary

We are seeking a talented PHP Backend developer who is creative, results-oriented, and a self-starter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain server-side codebase with attention to detail
• Proficient in code profiling for high-performance optimization
• Delivering innovative solutions, and enhancing codebase quality
• Skilled in Agile practices for fostering collaboration and iterative development to ensure efficient code delivery
  
  

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in server development
• Capable of quickly grasping new concepts and proficient in self-directed learning
• Track record of successfully designing and implementing scalable, high-performance server architecture
• Aptitude for effectively diagnosing and resolving complex server-side issues
• Willingness to take on new coding challenges and step outside of the comfort zone
• Collaborative and proactive mindset, leading features and removing roadblocks with minimal support
• Practical experience working with NoSQL databases
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, considering the implications and ramifications of design decisions
