Maintenance Manager

Description:

Managing about 70 employees under several maintenance teams and managing subcontractors at the site

Organization, operation, and supervision of the maintenance team in a variety of construction projects and systems

Managing the predictive maintenance schedule, preventing and breaking, renewing systems, and more

Budget control, inventory, systems, and ongoing management of the staff

Interface with the chief engineer, and the HR team while subordinating to the deputy CEO

Requirements:

BSc. in the fields of electricity/machinery/civil engineering

Registration in the register of engineers and architects

At least 5 years of experience in building and systems maintenance

Management experience - mandatory

Experience in the hotel industry - an advantage
