Role Description

This is an on-site contractor role for a Project Manager at DofinityAI office in Tel Aviv.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with AI development and implementation projects. This includes coordinating with clients, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality assurance and testing, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

The position requires technical orientation, excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving, delivering high-quality AI solutions to customers.

The work model offered for this role is contractual.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership - As a Project Manager, managing the development and implementation process, managing the development team and working with the customer. Responsibilities include ensuring technical specifications are implemented as expected and leading the team to deliver successful solutions.
• Analysis - Leading the comprehensive analysis phase of software development projects. Overseeing the technical aspects such as system architecture, data, integrations, etc. Delving into project requirements, optimizing prioritization for efficient MVP delivery, and overseeing detailed functional analyses.
• Plan Execution - End-to-end project management, from planning to successful implementation. Defining project goals, scope, and milestones, and lead the creation of the full-scale project plan.
• Implementation - Ensuring successful execution of implementation activities, feedback handling, training, migration, and support initiation. Proactively mitigating implementation risks.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation - Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks, and overcoming technical, functional and organizational challenges.
• Customer Satisfaction - Working closely with the customer personnel to ensure all immediate and long-term needs are met, therefore continuously achieving high satisfaction.

• Experience: Experience in Project Management, Experience working in a client-facing role
• Technical Leadership: Provide effective technical leadership, guiding the team to successful project delivery.
• Communication Skills: Maintain high-quality communication with the technical team and the customer, ensuring understanding and collaboration.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative technical environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork.
