Production shift manager for Clean rooms

Responsibilities:

• Employee placement for production activities, division into shifts, tasks and workstations
• Responsibility for managing the ongoing operation of the shift, work environment, quality processes, order and organization in production.
• Responsibility for employee safety, work in accordance with work procedures.
• Enforcement of disciplines and professional procedures in production.
• Updating existing work procedures and writing new work procedures.
• Onboarding of new employees, follow-up on the training and certification programs
• Working with various organizational interfaces.
• Issuing purchase orders.

Qualifications:

• Background in the field of biotechnology - an advantage
• Industrial experience - mandatory
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment - operation and maintenance - an advantage
• Work in shifts
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Understanding and experience in production environments and clean rooms
• Basic understanding in QA - an advantage
• familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Experience in managing clean room operations
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and ISO standards
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
