The Opportunity

As a ᴛᴀʟᴇɴᴛ ᴀᴄQᴜɪꜱɪᴛɪᴏɴ ꜱᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟɪꜱᴛ t at BlueThrone, you will be an instrumental asset to our Head of People, enhancing our recruitment processes and elevating our candidate experience to the highest caliber. This role requires a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is committed to not just filling positions, but building a community of exceptional talent to drive our growth.

Your Mission

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet high-volume hiring needs across multiple tech domains.
• Implement strategic sourcing methodologies including social sourcing on platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, and X-ray screening to identify elite candidates.
• Enhance candidate screening and interviewing processes to ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and teams to refine recruitment tactics and improve our interview workflow.
• Leverage analytics and talent acquisition metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve process efficiencies.
• Engage in candidate relationship management, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and practices, providing guidance and training to hiring teams as needed.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by partnering with marketing to showcase BlueThrone’s culture and opportunities.
  
  

Your Expedition Toolkit

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, especially in a scale-up environment.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing tactics and platforms, with a track record of successful placements.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Teamtailor.
• High emotional intelligence, with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage. Hebrew is nice to have.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging metrics to guide hiring decisions.
