Qualitest is growing and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Netanya

In This Position

• You will be responsible for providing scientific coordination and project management for the overarching AAAI Strategy and activities.
• Project Delivery - Lead and manage end-to-end project execution. Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to define and achieve project goals and timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Data Science Expertise - Understand data science methodologies and tools. Translate business requirements into actionable data science tasks. Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to define project scope and objectives.
• Project Planning and Execution - Develop project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, dependencies, and other requirements. Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Business Impact - Measure project success based on business KPIs. Champion data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  
  

• M.Sc./Ph.D. Degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, computer science, life sciences)
• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data science tools and project management methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Hebrew.
