To propel our disruptive medical device into reality, we seek a brilliant and experienced Algorithms Luminary to spearhead the development of novel computational models. You will bridge clinical needs with data-driven solutions, devising innovative algorithms at the intersection of electromagnetics, image processing, computer vision, spatial geometry, and machine learning.
Responsibilities
To propel our disruptive medical device into reality, we seek a brilliant and experienced Algorithms Luminary to spearhead the development of novel computational models. You will bridge clinical needs with data-driven solutions, devising innovative algorithms at the intersection of electromagnetics, image processing, computer vision, spatial geometry, and machine learning.
Key Missions:
· Architect highly optimized algorithms for object detection, noise reduction, registration, segmentation, and complex optimization challenges in medical imaging.
· Continuously enhance existing models through rigorous performance evaluation, integration of new data sources, and iterative refinement.
· Translate intricate medical requirements into quantifiable metrics and effective data strategies.
· Develop production-ready, high-performance code to power our pioneering surgical navigation system.
· Synergize knowledge from multidisciplinary domains to tackle complex algorithmic hurdles.
Qualifications
· At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related quantitative fields.
· 5+ years of proven experience in algorithm development, with expertise in image processing and computer vision.
· Exceptional analytical prowess and ability to solve intricate algorithmic and modelling problems.
· Priority to experience in the medical device industry.
· Collaborative team player with a success-driven, enthusiastic mindset.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Preferred expertise in geometrical computation, ML, DL, data science, medical imaging, Python, or C++.
