MLM, in the missile and space systems division, is hiring a Senior Algorithmic Developer for image processing and computer vision, experienced with working complex electro-optical systems.

What will you do:

• Characterization and partnership in the preparation of exam scenarios, simulation tools, and a database for testing.

• Forming alternatives and algorithmic solutions for object detection, recognition, and tracking.

• Implementation of the solutions in Matlab/ C++/ Python.

• Implementation of comparative performance research and writing algorithmic documentation.

• End-of-line tests in collaboration with the system engineers.

• Characterization, accompaniment, and interpretation of experiments.

• Optimization with ML tools.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in the fields of engineering/exact sciences - mandatory.

• Master's degree (MSc) - advantage.

• At least 10 years of experience in classic image processing - mandatory.

• Experience in fusing information from sensors - a significant advantage.

• Extensive knowledge of statistics and probability - mandatory.

• High analytical ability, self-learning, motivation, and good communication skills.
