Position Details:

This is a full-time position available during maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Problem Solving:

•Manage and lead a team of scientists.

•Serve as the focal point for scientific and technical challenges.

•Collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of R&D, senior team leaders, and external consultants.

Experiments:

•Design and execute experiments related to biopesticide formulations.

•Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

•Process Development for Laboratory and Scale-Up Operations.

Materials Management: Oversee the stock and budget for formulation materials.

Requirements:

Education: BSc or MSc with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience in chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering or equivalent subject

Experience:

•Hands-on experience in the field of formulations – a must.

•Background in chemistry or manufacturing scale-up (particularly new product introduction) is a big plus.

•Hands-on experience in a microbiological research laboratory is a plus

•Prior management experience is advantageous.

•Proficient in both Hebrew and English.
