As the Head of IT Data and Gen AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Amdocs’s data strategy and driving innovation through artificial intelligence across our business ecosystems. You’ll lead a dynamic team of data scientists, and analysts, ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions across the organization, transforming data into actionable insights, all while aligning with business needs and strategic vision.

What will your job look like?

Data strategy and governance

• Lead and execute a visionary data strategy aligned with Amdocs’s business objectives.
• Translate business aspirations into data realities - turn initiatives of predictive analytics, customer insights, employeeexperiences, and more into practical and impactful data solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing robust data governance policies, focusing on ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, safeguarding Amdocs data assets with precision and diligence.
  
  

• Define the overarching strategic vision for Gen AI and machine learning initiatives within Amdocs IT and chart the course toward intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and personalized experiences.
• Explore and harness the power of AI across our data-driven landscape and promote innovative gen AI-based solutions.
  
  

• Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders and effectively communicate the value of data-driven insights and empower strategic decision-making across the organization.
  
  

• Take the leading and mentoring of a high-performing team of data analysts professionals.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, where every team member contributes to the collective expertise .
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
• Proven experience as senior Data lead with expertise in AI/MI program, BI, unified taxonomy and glossary within a global organization
• Demonstrated experience in driving technology innovation
• Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology in alignment with business goals
• Transformation and Organizational Change management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
