Project Manager

ONE ZERO is looking for an operation manager who excels in working with multiple stakeholders, assigning and prioritizing project tasks, understanding needs, and translating them into a workplan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution in R&D from defining requirements and planning to successful delivery
• Engage in strong matrix interactions with multiple internal organizational interfaces, including R&D, Product Managers, and QA
• Take full responsibility for planning and managing project/version in R&D, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to business, quality, and technical requirements, and alignment with the agreed budget
• Collaborate closely with the COO, CTO, and company's platform, Backend and Frontend teams
• Effectively prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Lead integrations with third-party organizations
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing complex integrations and version control
• Ability to manage large scale development projects
• Strong understanding of system architecture, both high-level and detailed
• Ability to facilitate discussions, debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
• Proficient in leading cross-departmental processes and implementing new processes
• High level of proficiency in English, both verbal and written
