Financial Systems Analyst

ONE ZERO is currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with a specialization in Finance and Data Analysis. The role involves analyzing system data, financial figures, and structural metrics to design specifications for automated tools and oversee their implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Create written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals
• Conduct comprehensive financial and structural data analysis, including primary analysis and backup support
• Respond to client inquiries related to profitability, accounting, and regulations, and handle automation and data processing tasks
• Establish benchmarks for financial processes to ensure consistency and improvement
• Support the advancement of analytical techniques to enhance data quality and process efficiency
• Develop business rules and design formats for reports and applications in collaboration with programmers
• Oversee new series and report changes, contribute to technical development, and prepare system software change requirements
• Make data quality and edit resolution decisions, prepare financial reports, and provide guidance on automation and data analysis
• Assist in preparing documentation and conduct testing in accordance with System Development Methodology (SDM) requirements
• Ensure compliance with all administrative procedures and internal processing deadlines
• Provide technical support and data guidance to system software users
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in finance ,economics, or statistics
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a focus on Data Cleansing, Extraction, and Modeling
• Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications
• Extensive experience in implementing large-scale data transformation projects
• Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
• Team player mindset supporting multiple internal and external interfaces
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledgeable in implementing data & information, BI and advanced analytics
  
  

• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, information analysis, and financial diagnosis
• Experience working in financial organization
• Experience with project management tools
