Role Description

As a Recruiting Intern at Superposition, you will not only be assisting with various day-to-day tasks related to the recruitment process but also have the opportunity to learn and grow. You will be instrumental in finding employment opportunities for our previously screened talents. We will provide you with access to the tools and networking needed for your success. This role will also allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the sourcing, screening, and hiring process, all while working in a flexible, success-based position.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic understanding of technical position requirements and 'language.'
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
