Program Manager

Join us at our Air defense systems unit in the missile systems and space division as a Program Manager!

What will you do:

• Responsible for project performance, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team with direct and matrix management, including various internal and external engineering entities, and subcontractors domestically and internationally.
• Compliance with contractual terms in the context of system performance and management of engineering teams to demonstrate performance and meet requirements.
• Build and manage work plans, performance demonstrations, and trials, and implement them with a budget scope of hundreds of millions of dollars.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent - mandatory
• Master's degree in engineering - an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex projects of SYSTEM OF SYSTEMS with a significant budget scope - mandatory
• Experience working with government and military entities - an advantage
• Experience and understanding of air defense systems - an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team leadership, and customer management abilities
• Systematic vision, assertiveness, independence, and decision-making ability
