Economist/CPA for Back Office Position

Role Overview:

Join a robust and well-established multi-family office in Tel Aviv (discreet), where you will take a dynamic and crucial role within our back office department. This position offers a direct pathway to engage in significant capital market operations and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

The role consists of:

• Banking Collaboration: Engage directly with banking institutions both in Israel and internationally.
• Financial Reporting: Craft comprehensive quarterly and annual reports for clients, demanding acute analytical skills and precision in financial documentation.
• Information Management: Methodically collect, organize, and input data into specialized systems while maintaining up-to-date database records, requiring excellent organizational skills.
• Fees Review: Examine and confirm fee structures to ensure accuracy and compliance, which involves detailed financial scrutiny.
• Asset Oversight: Manage and monitor transactions and asset portfolios across local and international markets, including real estate and alternative investments.
• Project Leadership: Oversee and manage strategic company projects

Requirements:

• Commitment and Collaboration: Demonstrates a steadfast work ethic and the ability to collaborate within a team setting effectively.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in banking, investment firms, or insurance is preferred but not essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is crucial.
