Role Description

The research manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all of the research activity for the company:

• Direct involvement in all stages of the research and its construction

• Analytical analysis of research findings and production of marketing insights

• Research support of marketing moves

• Conducting comprehensive national studies to identify trends in consumer behavior

• Examination of new research models and their integration into the annual research program

• Professional management of the research institutes that the company works with

• Preparation of marketing presentations

• Comparison with global trends and studies

The position allows independent work with much room for initiative.

This role is located in Holon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media/communication/psychology, an advantage for those with a master's degree

• Previous experience of 3 years as a researcher in a marketing research institute

• Experience in preparing presentations and high ability in delivering presentations

• Familiarity with a variety of market research methodologies including service research

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and research skills

• High ability to create integration from information collected from different sources

• High ability in searching for marketing and business information

• Good ability to manage a large number of tasks at the same time (without compromising the quality of the products)

• Punctuality

• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint

• High drafting ability in Hebrew and English (at a good level)
