Customer Service Project Manager

ELTA is hiring a Customer Service Project Manager.

What will you do:

• Managing support and maintenance projects in the customer service domain.
• Working with internal and external clients, subcontractors, procurement, and logistics.
• Continuous budget management of project content.
• Managing internal organizational processes related to repairs, maintenance processes, replacements, and system upgrades.
• Working with internal and external interfaces within the organization.
• Managing customer relations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering - mandatory.
• Experience in client portfolio management - mandatory.
• Experience in managing customer service projects - advantage.
• Experience in preparing price proposals - mandatory.
• Familiarity with SAP system - mandatory.
• Great proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) - mandatory.
• Familiarity with radar systems - advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
