We are on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Data Scientist with specialized expertise in NLP/LLMs) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a profound background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of LLMs to enhance our analytics capabilities. As a senior figure in our data science team, you'll be pivotal in evolving our analytics solutions, steering complex projects, and fostering the growth of junior colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Exploration:
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify relevant features and variables.
• Model Development:
• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Statistical Modeling:
• Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret experimental results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and validate hypotheses.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.
• Project Leadership:
• Lead and manage data science projects from conception to implementation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists.
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in data science.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics).
• 5+ years of experience in data science.
• 3+ years of experience in NLP/LLMs
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience leading data science projects and mentoring junior team members.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
