Backend Team Lead

The company focuses on advanced technologies, improving the trading experience, and paving the way for automation and innovation for clients, including securities investment firms abroad and online trading app platforms. They work with regulatory offices worldwide and are a stable and profitable company that offers excellent conditions.

Role essence: Managing two backend developers and reporting to the VP of R&D. The role involves 70% management and 30% hands-on work—development on the server side in C# and some NodeJS, with the goal of implementing this technology within the company. The work is primarily done on Linux in an on-premises environment with some AWS.

Responsibilities include recruiting, managing, and leading the development team, enhancing the team's technical abilities, implementing new technologies, solving problems, and working closely and collaboratively with other teams within the company.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in backend development.
• 4 years of managerial experience overseeing 2 or more employees.
• 3 years of experience in development using C#.
• Experience in development using NodeJS.
