Director of Fundraising and Investor Relations JB-3343

We are looking for an experienced Director of Fundraising, Investor

Relations and strategic partnerships with a strong track record of successful fundraising

in the international arena in the field of Medical devices. Europe and emerging markets –

an advantage. This role is crucial for driving our Series A funding round required to support

our market expansion and to fuel our mission of transforming patient care through

diagnostic solutions.

Craft and execute a fundraising plan and focusing on international markets, with a

specific emphasis on Brazil/LATAM, EU and S.E.Asia (advantage)

• Build and maintain relationships with a global network of investors, particularly

those specializing in the medical device sector, including venture capital firms, high

net worth individuals, corporates and family offices and corporate foundation.

• Develop tailored investment pitches that resonate with international investors,

• At least 15 years of experience in fundraising/investor relations, with substantial

experience in international settings and developing markets, S.E. Asia, Brazil

(advantage)

• Strong personal communication skills.

• Established network within the global medical device investment community,

Diagnostic area (advantage) including VCs, high net worth individuals, and family

offices.

• Proven success in securing funding from international sources for companies in

the medical device or related fields.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, Portuguese (preferred), with the
