Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business and Tech Correspondent. As a correspondent, you will research, write, and report on various business topics affecting Israel and its international connections. You'll cover breaking news, industry trends, and market analysis and conduct exclusive interviews with key business and hi-tech figures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with business leaders, hi-tech industry heads, and policymakers
• Write engaging news articles, features, and analyses
• Monitor and report on market developments and trends as well as corporate activities
• Collaborate with editorial and production teams to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines
• Consistently pitch original story ideas and contribute to editorial planning

Qualifications

• Proven experience in journalism, preferably in business reporting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to research and synthesize complex information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Israeli business and technology culture is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in AP style
