Financial Controller

We’re looking for an experienced financial controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust systems for financial reporting to guarantee accurate and timely dissemination of financial outcomes.
• Oversee cash flow forecasts and liquidity management, aligning them with daily operations and strategic business goals.
• Supervise all financial transactions and operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management.
• Enhance and streamline financial systems and processes to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to all financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Provide critical financial analysis and insights to aid strategic decision-making and effective allocation of resources.
• Work closely with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategy, processes and financial planning.
• Provide comprehensive financial analyses and recommendations to facilitate key business decisions and support expansion efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a controller, with a preference for backgrounds in high-tech B2C companies.
• Positive, hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Outstanding collaboration skills, proven through successful cross-functional and multi-level interactions within the company.
• Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Familiarity with BI systems – an advantage
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good English skills (written)
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, with a preference for SAP B1.
• Initiate and lead ad hoc projects.
• This position is hybrid, requiring a blend of in-office and remote work.
