We’re Hiring: Sales Department Director at Fineline Israel

Location: Kibbutz Hazorea

At Fineline Israel we specialize in providing engineering services and supply chain solution of PCBs (Printed Circuits Boards) to the electronics industry. We are looking for a Sales Department Director who can guide our sales team and contribute to our growth.

About the Role:

As our Sales Department Director, you’ll lead our customer account managers team and drive our sales strategy forward. This role is a blend of in-office strategy and fieldwork, offering variety and challenge.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and Develop: You’ll manage our back office sales team, offering training and support to ensure everyone reaches their potential.

- Strategize and Plan: You'll be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting targets, and analyzing performance to keep us on track.

- Build Relationships: Maintain and grow our client base by leveraging your skills to connect with new and existing customers.

- Achieve Together: Focus on hitting targets and driving success, setting a strong example for the team.

This is a full-time position, where you'll report directly to our CEO and play a key role in our organization’s growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Experience leading sales teams and managing B2B relationships.

- Familiarity with the electronics market in Israel.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

- A relevant degree and English communication skills.

- A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team.

- Great at managing time, processes, and adapting to a dynamic environment.

- Someone who values building strong relationships both within and outside the company.
