This is a unique opportunity to join the first GenAI Center of Excellence in Israel. You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies, shaping the future of GenAI adoption across the Israeli ecosystem.

This is a freelance opportunity - As a Generative AI Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions to complex problems and drive innovation for our customers. You will work closely with software engineers and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our clients products and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of GenAI developers, leading ambitious growth initiatives and drive end-to-end implementation and deployment. 
• Design and develop innovative, state-of-the-art, Gen-AI applications and products.
• Accelerate new customer opportunities from Proof of Concept (PoC) to MVP and Production.
• Independently lead client design workshops and provide tradeoffs and recommendations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI-driven applications.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your code contributes directly to our growth and efficiency.
• Provide customers with Generative AI expertise and advisory through architecture designs, proof of concepts and production reviews.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to code quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest GenAI technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Software developer with proven experience using GenAI co pilots such as Git hub and GPT
• 6+ years of experience as a software developer, including Python and Node.JS
• 1-2+ years Demonstrable experience in developing Generative AI models and managing complex data infrastructures, with a strong background in LLM, RAG, autonomous AI agents, LangChain and LammaIndex. 
• Experience with GenAI technologies, such as OpenAI's API and other LLM vendors
• Experience working with APIs and databases and experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, especially with deploying AI models.
• Experience with Prompt design and Prompt engineering
