Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Business Operation Manager with motivation and a desire to learn to join our team and lead cross-company projects with an immediate impact on the revenue and the day-to-day activities of the company. The role involves a deep familiarity with the products and working with officials throughout the entire company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead comprehensive project plans, overseeing and assessing project progress and timelines, and adapting schedules and plans as necessary to ensure timeline delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on project status to internal stakeholders and executive management.
• Engage in end-to-end implementation planning, encompassing project management, risk and issue management, communication strategies and organizational change initiatives.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, risk & issue management, communication, and business organizational change
• Utilize BI and project management tools, such as Salesforce, ClickUp, and Jira to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Group managers, Team leads, technical leads, and other management personas to ensure alignment and synergy across projects and teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a technical project manager or senior business operation manager within the B2B SaaS industry or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in analyzing intricate data sets and leveraging findings to drive decision-making and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Track record of successfully implementing and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or similar platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau is advantageous, providing additional insights into data analytics and visualization.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills, enabling effective resolution of complex challenges.
• Proven capability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and delivering results amidst challenging circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and guiding project teams toward achieving shared objectives.
• Effective communication and negotiation prowess, facilitating seamless collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Experience in SQL - Advantage.
