Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to fortify our cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on securing our blockchain and oracle solutions. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing secure cloud architectures, particularly in containerized environments like Kubernetes (K8s). Collaborating closely with our development and operations teams, you will integrate security best practices into our DevOps pipeline, playing a critical role in safeguarding our innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure architectures for our cloud-based infrastructure, with a special focus on blockchain-specific security needs.
• Implement and manage robust security controls for K8s environments, including comprehensive threat assessments and modeling.
• Design and enforce strict access controls and identity management solutions within our cloud environments.
• Lead the deployment of monitoring and logging solutions, analyzing data to swiftly identify and mitigate security incidents.
• Contribute to the secure development lifecycle of our blockchain solutions, ensuring best practices are integrated from the outset.
  
  

• Brings at least 5 years of experience in developing secure cloud architectures, preferably with exposure to blockchain technologies.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in K8s security.
• Proficient in developing security solutions in at least one programming language.
• Naturally curious and a rapid learner, with a strong interest in blockchain and oracle technologies.
  
  

• Experience securing multi-cloud environments and familiarity with cross-cloud security challenges.
• Knowledgeable about common application security issues (OWASP top 10) and how they apply to blockchain-based applications.
• Skilled in enhancing security across the development lifecycle of complex, distributed applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating in a fast-paced and dynamic team.
