VP R&D

An established ad-tech company specializing in online marketing and CRM for the commerce world, the company is a profitable and stable bootstrap organization (without external investments). They have developed several products in the online marketing space (complex web systems for online marketing optimization based on big data and AI) and CRM for commerce.

The company has won numerous awards in its field and works with large international companies in the digital marketing and advertising industry, offering great perks for its employees.

Role Overview: The position involves direct management of two teams responsible for the company's various products. You will manage approximately 10 employees in a flat management structure, with around 20% hands-on work and code review.

Responsibilities -

• Develop new products from scratch.
• Migrate existing products to new technologies.
• Work with teams using a tech stack consisting of Node.js, PHP, and React.
• Utilize CI/CD, AWS, MongoDB, and Postgres in the development process.
• Leverage Kafka and Full Stack on SaaS products.
• Operate within a Big Data environment.

Requirements-

• 3 years experience as a R&D Team Leader-
• Proven track record in managing development flow from conception to deployment, including methodology and deployment procedures.
• Experience designing, building and operating large-scale distributed systems and web services.
• 5 years of experience in server-side development with NodeJS and PHP
• 5 years of experience in client-side development with React and AngularJS
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures (AWS and GCP)
• Excellent communication skills, high energy level, and a can-do attitude.
