Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and talented Affiliate Specialist to lead the affiliate program for a large customer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize the affiliate program in the USA, with a focus on increasing sales.
• Take ownership of the partner program, including recruiting new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Collaborate with the Rakuten & AWIN systems, and explore other systems as needed.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and digital marketing.
• Strong familiarity with the American market is advantageous.
• Technical understanding of affiliate systems and integration is essential.
• Knowledge of Rakuten is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Full-time availability
