In this role, you'll provide user support both remotely and onsite, assisting with operating systems, Office 365 applications, hardware issues, servers, communication protocols, and Active Directory user management.

Responsibilities

• experience in similar roles in global companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience with Office 365 installation and support.
• Experience with VMware .
• Strong Active Directory knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues on computers and network equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft servers.
• Bonus: Experience with NetApp Storage, backup and recovery software, and TCP/IP proficiency.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills are mandatory.
