Compliance Project Manager

On this role you will:

• Act as the primary interface to all Compliance officers to ensure complying with all relevant regulations and specifications.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing compliance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Data, IT) to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
• Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, meeting minutes, and compliance reports.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional) preferred.
• At least 5 years project management experience or a similar role
• Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in Fin-tech industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep Technical understanding and proven experience in overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
