Implementor

Leket Israel is the largest food nonprofit organization in Israel, providing food charities with rescued food from commercial and agriculture sources, looking for Salesforce Implementer in Ra’anana.

Role Description:

The Salesforce Implementer will be responsible for managing and configuring Salesforce, providing user support, creating and managing validation rules, and developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

-Assistance in writing technical specifications and formulating solutions

-Assistance in troubleshooting combined with development and implementation

-User maintenance

-Creating reports

-Executing adjustments between different interfaces within the organization

דרישות:

At least 1 year of experience in implementing Salesforce – mandatory. Experience in -an organization using NPSP – an advantage.

-Experience using dataloader.

-Familiarity with methods for managing accounts/contacts/households.

Knowledge in setting up Salesforce fields, deletion, and management (fields of all -types: master-detail, rollups, formulas, etc.).

-Proficiency in producing advanced reports.

-User management – setting up users.

-Managing permissions profiles/permission sets.

-Working with sandbox and production environments.

-Experience with installing Managed Apps.

-Basic knowledge in FLOW.
