Job description:
Conducting initial programming exams for the construction and improvement of properties while reviewing city build and outlining plans
Accompanying and managing licensing and planning processes with consultants and authorities
Regular dealings with the company's departments and responding to various planning issues
Requirements:
Architectural engineer or Architect-Mandatory
At least 6 years in planning coordination and management starting from the programming examination phase to the construction plans
Experience in promoting permits and working with consultants
Experience in promoting city build plans - an advantage
Control of graphic and office programs
