What Will You Do?

• Analysis of MRP requirements and creation of orders throughout the ERP system.
• Following the order after it arrives at the supplier.
• open work orders and sub-contractor's shipment 
• Status updates of the orders in the ERP system and fluent contact with suppliers.
• Supplier overall management: strategy/negotiations with suppliers/contracts, On-site audit, and evaluation.
• Producing reports and analyses for different activities.
• Finding creative solutions for different problems.
• regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates, etc.
• Multiple work interfaces within the organization and outside organizations in Israel and abroad.
• Wide Knowledge of bill of material/Engineering change.

Requirements:

• B.A degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in purchasing/material planning purchasing electronics, optics, and mechanics.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in ERP systems / MRP planning module.
• Procurement in a variety of different commodities - an advantage.
• Experience in closing strategic contracts with suppliers – an advantage.
• Experience from a global organization - an advantage.
• Priority Netsuite system experience
