Chief Technology Officer

Communication and Leadership:

• Serve as the liaison between the CEO and external development teams.
• Effectively translate the CEO’s vision and requirements to technical specifications and ensure they are met by the development team.
• Oversee the entire app development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Track development milestones and report progress to the CEO, addressing any discrepancies or technical challenges.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in backend development, specifically with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experienced with user authentication and authorization frameworks, such as OAuth and JWT.
• Skilled in API development, particularly RESTful APIs or GraphQL, and ensuring API security.
• Familiar with server-side logic, including job matching algorithms and payment processing systems.
• Knowledgeable in integrating secure and reliable payment gateways.
• Strong grasp of implementing robust security measures including SSL/TLS and encryption protocols.
• Capable of optimizing performance through caching, load balancing, and database indexing.
• Experienced in scalable system design using cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in managing notification services and integrating analytics and reporting tools.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Implement comprehensive data security measures, including regular security audits and penetration testing.

Technical Problem-Solving:

• Act as a primary technical advisor, providing solutions to complex technical challenges during the app development.
• Ensure robust information security oversight and maintain high standards of data protection and system integrity.
