Generative AI Leader

We are looking for a talented and experienced Generative AI Group Leader to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead cutting-edge research initiatives, mentor a team of skilled data scientists, and drive innovation in generative AI algorithms.

• Set a visionary roadmap for generative AI research and development, aligned with company objectives and industry trends.
• Lead and oversee research initiatives to develop innovative generative AI algorithms.
• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture, fostering growth, mentorship, and talent development within the data science team.
• Manage and collaborate on AI projects from inception to deployment, emphasizing teamwork and excellence in research and development.
• Ensure the research aspects of deep learning generative AI model development meet high standards of algorithmic problem-solving and innovation.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Deep Learning AI, with a strong foundation in research.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience leading ML/Data Science teams.
• Proficiency in data structures and data modeling.
• Extensive knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, and algorithms.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
