Role Overview:

As the Senior Independent Bookkeeper at Appcharge.com, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records, transactions, and reporting. Your meticulous attention to detail and expertise in financial management will be essential in driving our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard accounting software, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior bookkeeping or accounting role, with expertise in financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Proficiency in industry-standard accounting software, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
